Case Study 1

Belsize Park NW3. Totally Unmodernised.

This was a flat requiring complete refurbishment. It had not changed hands in over 50 years; it even had the original WC!

Arranged as one bedroom reception, kitchen and wc, it was completely gutted and reconfigured, with the addition of an extension to form a stunning three bedroom flat.

The property is the subject of great attention to detail that can be seen in the finishes: the luxurious bathroom fittings, the wall coverings, lighting, and bespoke wardrobes.

There was excavation to enhance the ceiling height in areas of the flat, and in particular the creation of a spectacular reception with bi-folding doors leading to the breathtaking patio and garden.

The expansive garden originally overgrown was trimmed back levelled off and re-turfed with a hard stand at the end.

This project has nursed a neglected flat located in a beautiful period building, being sensitive to the character of the property and its surroundings, creating a spectacular lifestyle apartment.

Case Study 2

Wetherby Gardens, South Kensington, SW5. In Need of Updating

White Estates were the acting agents in the sale of the property to a developer.

This flat in a prized garden square was in need of updating and was reconfigured to form a spacious three bedroom accommodation with a delightful patio. It was an exceptionally well appointed flat with wooden floors, bespoke cabinetry and luxurious bathrooms.

The flat was resold by White Estates.

Case Study 3

Redcliffe Square, Chelsea SW10. In Need of Updating.

This was a homely flat that was being let by White Estates. We acted on behalf of our landlord client in the sale of this property.

The new owner appointed one of White Estates’ contractors to undertake the refurbishment.

The layout was changed to the client’s (new owner) specification.
